Windows 7 Pricing

Microsoft is on the cusp of releasing Windows 7 next month, and just recently they announced the pricing for all of the product editions or SKU’s (Stock Keeping Unit) for this next generation Operating System.  In addition to this, the software giant also stated that it would be offering a Family Pack which would include 3 licenses for one price, which is the first time that Microsoft has delivered this request, that is wanted by many people who have several PC’s around the house.

Windows 7 is slated to be in stores on October 22, 2009.  Once again we get quite a few version choices when we our out and about shopping for the OS.  Listed below is the upgrade and full version prices to Windows 7.

  • $119.99 - Upgrade - Windows 7 Home Premium
  • $199.99 - Upgrade - Windows 7 Professional
  • $219.99 - Upgrade - Windows 7 Ultimate


  • $199.99 - Full - Windows 7 Home Premium
  • $299.99 - Full - Windows 7 Professional
  • $319.99 - Full - Windows 7 Ultimate
