Premiering at select theaters this coming Friday is Cheri which has a tagline of “In a game of seduction, never fall in love.”  This romantic drama stars Michelle Pfeiffer who has been in many first run movies such as Scarface, The Witches Of Eastwick, Wolf, Dangerous Minds, One Fine Day, What Lies Beneath, Hairspray, Stardust plus several more.  Co-starring is actress Kathy Bates, who made a chilling character in Misery come to life, to jet set her career.

A brief plot summary for Cheri is it’s set in 1920’s Paris, where the son of a courtesan retreats into a fantasy world after being forced to end his relationship with the older woman who educated him in the ways of love.  The movie was filmed in France and Germany.  Cheri has been Rated R for brief drug use and some sexual content.
