Windows 7 includes a few new features when customizing your computer with desktop themes.  When you changed themes in previous Windows versions it would only change a few items including the desktop background and system colors.  Now with Windows 7 the Personalization options with the themes change the desktop background, system colors, system sounds, icons and the screen saver.

Not only do you get more customization, but also their are many more exciting themes to choose from.  In addition to this, Microsoft provides a “Get more themes online” link that navigates you to a web page with several more gorgeous themes to choose from.  All in all, I think Windows 7 Personalization options are easy to use and easy to understand, and it provides users with stunning eye candy.
