Premiering nationwide this coming Friday is the movie Star Trek.  This Science Fiction masterpiece filled TV screens in 1966 and was a huge hit.  Star Trek is now in its eleventh iteration on the big screen and still performs well at the box office.

A brief plot summary for Star Trek is it’s a chronicle of the early days of James T. Kirk and his fellow U.S.S. Enterprise crew members.  The movie was filmed solely in California including the cities of Agua Dulce, Bakersfield, Lebec, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Northridge and Whittier.  Star Trek features premium sound mixes of Dolby Digital, DTS and SDDS.  The movie has been Rated PG-13 for brief sexual content, sci-fi action and violence.
