MSN TV Now Supports High Speed Internet

Published by techspotlight under Hardware Edit This

MSN TVThe fairly new MSN TV 2 (previously WebTV) supports an ethernet connection for high speed Internet throughput.  Previous generations of the product only provided a telephone line (dialup) connection which was very slow and limited to a basic 56.6 kbps (kilobits per second).

If you are unaware of what MSN TV is, it is a piece of hardware, basically a set-top box that comes with a wireless keyboard that gives users the ability to access the web and do email messaging.  The unit is connected to a regular TV so you can sit back and browse the Internet from the comfort of a chair or couch.  MSN TV gives novice users without a computer the ability to get access to the World Wide Web where otherwise they would be without the incredible Internet.

To learn more about Microsoft’s MSN TV 2 platform visit this link here, or you can go directly to Amazon and purchase it from a wide array of online shops from here.  MSN TV 2 is now a much better product with the edition of high speed Internet connectivity, which lets consumers feel the full power and speed of the web.
