Easy Icon Maker is a software tool that will allow you to create, edit, change and extract icons.  The size of the icons can be 16×16, 32×32, 48×48, 64×64 or any custom size you desire.  The software supports 1 bit monochrome, 4 bit 16 colors, 8 bit 256 colors, 24 bit true color and 32 bit true color with alpha channel icons.

Easy Icon Maker is an extremely easy editor to use that includes some advanced features also like icon extraction from an EXE or DLL file, an import function to make an icon out of a picture file like a BMP, GIF, JPG, and a filter function that allows you to process icons with special effects such as blur, darken, emboss, lighten and soften.
