Coming to theaters nationwide early next year is Bride Wars starring Kate Hudson (The Skeleton Key, Fool’s Gold, My Best Friend’s Girl) and Anne Hathaway (The Princess Diaries, Brokeback Mountain, Passengers). The movie is scheduled to be released on January 9th of 2009 and is a romantic comedy. The movie was directed by Gary Winick who has produced several movies including Uptown Girls, Land Of Plenty and Starting Out In The Evening.

Bride Wars is about two best friends that become rivals when they schedule their respective weddings on the same day. The movie was filmed in 3 U.S. cities including Boston, Massachusetts, Salem, Massachusetts and New York, New York. Bride Wars has been Rated PG for language, suggestive content and rude behavior.
