Published by techspotlight at 12:05 am under Internet Edit This

Google’s Page Rank (spelled as PageRank in many locations) mechanism is one of the most important things for website and blog owners to keep a track of.  The Page Rank system operates on a scale from zero to ten (0-10).  The higher the number, the higher a website is ranked, and the higher the web pages will appear on Google’s Search.

Page Rank is basically a complex algorithm used to weight websites and web pages all over the web.  There are many things that can improve your PR such as links, keywords, titles, content and several other things.  In basic terms, the higher the rating, the more likely the website will be found and clicked on through a standard Google Search.

If you have a website or blog you can check your Page Rank by visting PR Checker.info and their website link is here.
