This Months Batch Of Updates Includes XML Core
It’s that time again, the newest Windows Updates are available to patch your OS. It’s not too bad this month actually, it seems like the only real flaw is with the Microsoft XML Core Services. There are 3 fixes associated with the MSXML that need patching to stop attackers from the possibility of gaining control of your computer. The other major update is with SMB Protocol that could allow remote code execution on your system.
If you are a Microsoft Office user then you will see an update pertaining to a vulnerability that could allow information disclosure. In addition to the security flaw, Microsoft has released new help files for each package inside the Office System that could be of use to you.
