Enable Windows Vista Aero Glass Mouse Cursors
Microsoft’s Windows Vista introduced a new desktop UI (User Interface) named Aero Glass. This technology basically involves transparencies and animations with the graphical underpinnings of the sub-system, which provides users a cleaner, more pleasing graphical display, effectively termed as “eye candy.”
If your computer is not fast enough to run Aero Glass, you can still enable the Aero Glass cursors with no problem. This will at least give you a little taste of some of the cool effects.
- Right click on a blank space on the desktop and select Personalize.
- Click on the Mouse Pointers item that is located 5th from the top.
- Change the Scheme on the dropdown list to Windows Aero.
- Click on OK.
