Windows Vista TweakUI Application

Published by techspotlight at 12:05 am under Windows Vista Edit This

Everyone remembers the excellent TweakUI tool that made life dealing with Windows XP much more feature rich.  In my journey around the Internet I have come across a great equivalent for Windows Vista called WinBubble, which is completely free.

WinBubble has many of the same great tweaks that its predecessor had, plus much more.  WinBubble will help you to customize and tweak your Windows Vista Operating System very easily.  A broad range of tweaks cover customization, security and optimization.  Add/edit OEM logo and information, edit owner information, context menu customizations, customize and remove the arrow on shortcut icons, many desktop features and much more.

This is one of those must have software tools for anyone running a Windows Vista computer.  The file size is small at only 383 K and can be downloaded at CNET by clicking here.

Does WinBubble just change some settings, then exit? Or does it always have to be running (always a process running in the background) in order for it to work?
