Windows 7 Screenshots Leaked

Microsoft’s next version of Windows has been gaining more momentum in recent weeks.  The upcoming PDC (Professional Developers Conference) event is fast approaching and will highlight many things Microsoft is working on with their new Operating System.

Microsoft is ramping up its discussions on Windows 7 in response of the negative press and bad taste people have with Windows Vista.  Some analysts even claim that Windows 7 could be released as early as next year, although Microsoft has claimed that the next version will come out in 2010.

Apparently Microsoft is releasing a Beta version of Windows 7 at the PDC that takes place on October 27th through October 30th.  Some screenshots have been leaked and are shown below.

   Nice, hope this OS comes sooner, rather than later, but knowing MS it probably wont be released until 2011.

   This is the next version of the desktop OS. Currently being called Windows 7. It is unknown what the name will be as of yet.

   The operating system just looks like a re-vamp of vista, i don’t see anything amazing or interesting yet.

   If the calculator is the best microsoft has, then ill stick with windows xp for now.

   windows7 is nothing but modified vista…
   they should put more effort into windows 7 than they did in vista

   Screenshots don’t tell you anything. It’s just advance marketing disguised as “leaked” shots. Kind of like Kristen Davis’s “leaked” topless pics just before the sex in the city movie came out. Nothing is by accident when it comes to PR.
