Lakeview Terrace Trailer With Samuel L. Jackson
Lakeview Terrace starring Samuel L. Jackson (The Negotiator, S.W.A.T., 1408) is coming to theaters everywhere on September 19th. Directed by Neil LaBute, the movie has a tagline of “What could be safer than living next to a cop?”
A brief summary of the movie is, a young couple has just moved into their California dream home when they become the target of their next-door neighbor, who disapproves of their interracial relationship. A tightly wound LAPD officer has appointed himself the watchdog of the neighborhood. His nightly foot patrols and overly watchful eyes bring comfort to some, but he becomes increasingly harassing to the newlyweds. These persistent intrusions into their lives causes the couple to fight back.
The movie is Rated PG-13 for violence, sexuality and language. Lakeview Terrace was filmed in California and has a total running time of one hour and fifty minutes.

DUMB! Was not this move done a few times already…. I can remember one like this with Ray Liotta some years back…
