Submitting your software to download, directory, freeware and shareware websites can be extremely time consuming.  Most websites require manual submissions, even though more are now accepting PAD files.  Even if the website accepts PAD submission, you usually have other fields to fill out, making this less than convenient.  Developers also have to find and subscribe to these websites, which is another long and tedious process.
