New Website Pays You To Search

Published by techspotlight under Internet Edit This

Why not get paid for something you already do, Search, with the new website Scour.  Their motto is catchy and they have a completely different view on how a Search Engine should give you results.  Once you enter in a search word or phrase, your results will show you, how they rank on Google, Yahoo! and MSN.  Each search you submit will add to your account one point.  You will also notice a thumbs up and a thumbs down icon under each individual result.  If the result is accurate, vote it up, which will give you another point.  If it’s not pertaining to your search you can vote it down.  The last way you can earn points is by commenting on the search result.  This will earn you three extra points.  You can earn a maximum of four points per search.  Every 6,500 points earned will entitle you to a $25.00 Visa Gift Card.

I have been using Scour for a few weeks now, and I must say it gives you pretty good search results.  The only downside I can see is that when searching, the results aren’t as quick as most engines.  This is to be expected though as it is searching through 3 different sites pages.  All in all I give it a thumbs up.  At least now we can make a little money searching, which most of us do a lot of.
